Eval Link--Updated!
The evaluation link for the NEH is here.
Does this link work better?
So you fill in your first and last name with email (FYI, it doesn't seem important what email you use. I just tried it with my gmail as opposed to my school email and it worked). So, those blanks are filled in. Proceed down the page and hit the "select" button next to the NITS. This should get you to the page with the eval questions.
Did this link work for anyone besides me? Anyone have some light to shed? Help!

I'm trying to do the evaluation, but it won't send me to the link; it just keeps returning me to the top of the screen. Am I defective, or is the evaluation?
Since I am unsure of who you are, shaketwin, I cannot speak to your potential defects. Given your outstanding taste in friends, blogs, and NEH Institutes, I am sure you have few defects.
I got a page with a login screen. Underneath it was a list of institutes. I entered my info, hit select on NITS, and got whatever it was I was supposed to get next. Does that help? Yes?
This is mel. And I'm doing what you say, but it doesn't work. I hit Select next to NITS and it just sends me back to the top to type in my name and e-mail address. It's just a really evil, vicious circle. Technology hates me. (And now that you know who I am feel free to list defects :)

Ok, I just re-tried the link. You enter all the top stuff (maybe you didn't use the same email that you registered with?? Can this possibly matter???) then select NITS, then you go to another screen where you answer questions.
Yeah, it's not working for me either....

This is Craig. I've got the same problem as Mel. I've tried two different e-mail addresses with my name, as well as my secret alias (Lance Goodthrust, for those keeping score), and it just keeps reloading the page.

The link worked fine for me... maybe it didn't work before a certain time, but now it does...?

No worky worky for me, either. Sadness! I know we're supposed to do it, and I have such raving reviews to offer...
I tried the link about four or five times to no avail. Persistence paid off, however, and then -click!-it went through. Perhaps I wouldn't have been so persistent but for the fairly crappy wireless connection that my laptop has that makes many links fairly persnickety.
